Redraws include starting with an existing plan or facsimile and redesigning changes into a new and different working drawing. No preliminary charge is typically charged.

Modifications …………………… $75.00 per/hr.

Modifications are changes to an existing CAD file. A quote will be given when the job is taken.

Stock Plans …………………… $.25 per/ft. Heated (includes 6 set)

Sets …………………… $15.00 ea. (6 sheet,24x36)

$12.00 ea. (6 sheets,18x24)

Additions …………………… $500.00 (minimum charge)

Includes initial site visit and preliminary design. Final drawings are completed at an hourly fee and sets are extra.

Additions are subjective to the size and amount of time and detail involved.

Six sets are typical unless more are requested.

Engineering …………………… Engineering is contracted on a separate basis
